I’d love to tell you some flowery story about how I got my start in this industry, but the truth is that my vision for health and wellness was set in motion after I hit some serious lows in my personal and professional life.

I had let my personal value become too defined by the wrong things.

As a momma of three little ladies, I wanted to set a better example of balance, confidence, and self-love for them.

It didn’t happen all at once, but with a little patience and a lot of support, I was able to redefine what being “worthy” means to me.

WELCOME! As a botox enthusiast, my motto is simple: if I don’t like wrinkles in my sheets, then I sure as heck don’t want them on my face.
